PURPOSE/
SERVICES: The mission of Alphapointe is to empower people with vision loss to maximize their independence. Our Vision Rehabilitation Center is a therapy practice specializing in assessing and treating patients with vision loss caused by genetics, age, diabetes, macular degeneration, stroke, injury, cataracts or premature birth.
ELIGIBILITY: All ages and types of vision loss
AREA SERVED: Greater Kansas City area.
FEES: Vary depending upon services. Vision Rehabilitation is a recognized medical service and covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurance plans.
HOURS: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Connecting Pointe Retail Store: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
