PURPOSE/

SERVICES:               The Accessibility Program of Johnson County exists to provide all citizens access to County programs, services and agencies.  Services include: case management, support groups, information and referral, advocacy, interpreting, interpreter referral, TTY/decoder loan program.  In-home services for persons age 59 and under are available on a sliding fee scale.  These services include homemaker and subsidy for home-delivered meals. Video Phone access also available.

 

ELIGIBILITY:           Any person with a disability who is under age sixty and a resident of Johnson County, Kansas

 

AREA SERVED:       Johnson County, Kansas

 

FEES:                         Vary depending on services

 

HOURS:                     8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
