PURPOSE/                The Accessibility Program of Johnson County exists to provide all

SERVICES:              citizens access to county programs, services, and agencies. Services include: case management, support groups, information and referral, advocacy, interpreting, interpreter referral, and TTY/decoder loan program. In-home services for persons age 59 and under are available on a sliding fee scale. These services include homemaker and home-delivered meals. Video phone for outgoing calls also available.

 

ELIGIBILITY:          Any person with a disability who is under age 60 and a resident of Johnson County, Kan.

 

AREA SERVED:      Johnson County, Kansas

 

FEES:                         Vary depending on services

 

HOURS:                     8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
