PURPOSE/
SERVICES: Services include: preventative health care services,
family planning, prenatal care, well child care, sexually
transmitted disease prevention and treatment, adult
wellness, immunizations, home visits, communicable
disease control, health education and health promotion
screening.

FEES: Program related; some services are sliding fee scale
based on ability to pay
HOURS: Immunizations – first Monday of the month
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. - Regular drop in clinic
8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Thursday
8:30 a.m. - noon, Friday
All other clinics must have appointment
