AREA SERVED: Primarily Johnson County residents
FEES: Medical cards, insurance and sliding fee scale for Johnson County
residents. Out-of-county residents will be assessed the maximum
fee.
HOURS: By appointment 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some evening hours are available but limited.
FUNDING: Johnson County government, private and state insurance and private pay fees.
