PURPOSE

SERVICES:               Outpatient mental health services including family, marital, individual and group    therapies. Psychiatric services and 24-hour crisis intervention are also available. Culturally affirmative services for deaf and hard of hearing are available in the Olathe office (therapy, case management vocational services, etc.). Case management services are available for severely emotionally disturbed deaf children and mentally ill deaf adults.

 

AREA SERVED:       Primarily Johnson County residents. Please call supervisor of deaf services for        further questions regarding services for those out of Johnson County.

 

FEES:                         Medical cards, insurance and sliding fee scale.

 

HOURS:                     By appointment 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some evening hours are available but limited.

 

FUNDING:                Johnson County government, private and state insurance and private pay fees.
