PURPOSE/
SERVICES: Arrange services for persons with developmental disabilities including: vocational and or day service, case management, and residential services.
ELIGIBILITY: Resident of Johnson County, Kansas and meets state criteria for developmental disabilities services
FEES: Vary depending on services.
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
