PURPOSE/
SERVICES: Serves blind and visually impaired youths and young adults in Kansas. Provides consultation services to preschool programs in local communities and to local school districts that operate a K-12 program. An on-campus K-12 program is also available. Programs for deaf-blind and blind-multiply disabled students are offered.
ELIGIBILITY: Resident of Kansas, age 3-21, visual condition that interferes with education; Missouri residents accepted on tuition basis
