PURPOSE/
SERVICES: HCBS Waiver Programs, independent living counseling, advocacy, information & referral, employment network, consumer advocacy committees, ADA training and surveying, food bank, deaf services, youth services, personal care attendant services, and the peer specialist program.
ELIGIBILITY: Medicaid guidelines for the Waiver programs and anyone with a disability for the others.
AREA SERVED: Central Kansas and statewide for the PD Waiver
FEES: None; a nonprofit agency
HOURS: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
