PURPOSE/
SERVICES: The Dream Works is a for-profit social service agency that operates six divisions. Services include: Home Health (licensed by KDHE for homemaker, PCA, Level I, Level II, nurse visits, and payroll services); Medical equipment & supplies (15,000 items available-accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay-free delivery); Service coordination (formerly called case management for the PD waiver)
AREAS SERVED: Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas and Jackson County in Missouri.
FEES: Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, private insurance, and fee-for-service agreements.
HOURS: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday/Home health 24 hours a day
