PURPOSE/
SERVICES: Provides the highest quality in-home services while promoting an atmosphere of respect, dignity, and safety to those we serve. We provide case management for the HCBS Physically Disabled Waiver program (PD); payroll agent services for HCBS Waiver programs including: Physically Disabled Waiver and Frail Elderly Waiver, voluntary insurance benefits for care attendants who qualify, information and referral services, and personal care attendant coordination.
