PURPOSE/
SERVICES: Provide the highest quality in-home services while promoting an atmosphere of respect, dignity, and safety to those we serve. We provide independent living counseling for the HCBS Physically Disabled Waiver Program (PD); payroll agent services for HCBS Waiver Programs including: Physically Disabled Waiver Program and Frail Elderly Waiver Program, voluntary insurance benefits for those care attendants which qualify, information & referral services, and personal care attendant coordination. We also have a sister company, Baseline Medical Equipment and Supplies, that is a full medical equipment supply company and accepts assignment of Medicare, Kansas Medicaid, and private insurance.
