PURPOSE/
SERVICES: Provides services and support to individuals with Cerebral Palsy and other developmental disabilities. Provides information and referral, sports program, recreation, housing for adults (Missouri & Wyandotte county), targeted case management in Johnson county, public information advocacy services, financial assistance and a support group for parents.
ELIGIBILITY: Individual with Cerebral Palsy or developmental disability.
AREA SERVED: Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas. Jackson, Clay and Platte counties in Missouri.
FEES: Sliding fee scale for some programs.
HOURS: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or by appointment
