The Information Team ensures access to human service programs and information for all county residents.  We provide a single point of entry for families with elderly members needing information, assistance, and referral.

Aging Information & Referrals - The Johnson County Area Agency on Aging offers a single point of entry for services. Aging information specialists are your starting point for locating resources such as in-home services, congregate and home-delivered meals, transportation, legal assistance, insurance, housing, and more.

The Best Times - is a monthly newspaper for Johnson County residents who are 60 or older.

Senior Directory - The Senior Directory is a compact, comprehensive, one-stop resource for aging services in Johnson County.

Johnson County Information & Referrals - Johnson County Information operates a telephone line during business hours Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., connecting people with appropriate resources in all county departments and human service agencies. The Information Line offers numbers on everything from city and federal offices to libraries and school districts.

Senior Quest - Each fall, Johnson County agencies join together to present a spectacular extravaganza for senior adults. Senior Quest is an entire day of gathering valuable information, participating in demonstrations, receiving free health screenings, experiencing hands-on activities, winning great door prizes, enjoying incredible entertainment, and much more.
