“Home-plus homes” assist not more than eight individuals who, due to functional impairment, need personal care to compensate for limitation on activities of daily living.
“Boarding care homes” serve up to 10 individuals with functional impairment who need supervision of activities of daily living, but who are ambulatory and capable of managing their own care and affairs.
