(Choosing healthy appetizing meal plan solutions for seniors)
provides nutritious meals Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the
dining area of local Hy-Vee grocery stores. Individuals age 60 or older
(and their spouses) may enroll and receive a CHAMPSS card to participate. The

Senior Neighborhood Centers:
The Johnson County Area Agency on Aging provides
nutritious noon meals, friendship, recreation,
education, fitness, and socialization opportunities at eight
senior centers to individuals age 60 or older
(and their spouses), Monday
through Friday (except holidays). The suggested contribution is
$2.50.
Call the center of your choice by 11:30 a.m., one day in advance, to make
a reservation.
