Am I eligible for rent/mortgage assistance?
Your family may receive assistance if:
- You live in the Spring Hill School District.
- Your household meets the income guidelines.
- Your landlord or mortgage company is willing to cooperate with the assistance process.
- You are able to pay the difference between our assistance and your past due rent or mortgage.
- You have a reasonable plan to make future rent or mortgage payments on your own.
How much assistance is available?
The amount of assistance varies based upon what funding is available. Call the Multi-Service Center to find out if funds are available for rent or mortgage assistance.
How often can I receive assistance?
Not more than 1 time in 12 months.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
- Proof of income
- Social Security cards
- Late notice or eviction notice showing outstanding rent or mortgage payment.
- Copy of lease, if renting
- Know your plan for future rent or mortgage payments
